Culinary Staffing Services was able to catch up with Sasha and here is what she had to share with us.
Culinary Staffing Services: What is the favorite part about working for Culinary Staffing?
Sasha Mangrobang: Besides enjoying going to different beautiful venues and kitchens, it’s a treat for me to learn new techniques and industry knowledge from those that I work with. I’m always learning and challenging myself when I’m constantly in the position of “the new guy”.
CSS: Three words to best describe you?
SM: Well, I’ll tell you the 3 words people tend to use to describe me after working with me: Sunshine, machine, guns
CSS: People would be surprised if they knew?
SM: I’ve never had a Reese’s peanut butter cup!
CSS: How do you define success?
SM: My success is achieved when I have a balance in mental and physical health, finances, and time spent with my husband and family.
CSS: What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
SM: I would totally pay off any of my immediate family’s debts, buy some land so that my family can have the garden of their dreams for generations to come, THEN my husband and I would go on the most satisfying sushi dinner. After that, the sky’s the limit!
CSS: What is the one thing you cannot resist?
SM: A good tuna roll, spicy tuna roll, and nigiri plate.
CSS: What did you want to be when growing up?
SM: A chef! I’m living the dream!
CSS: Are you messy or organized?
SM: A clean station is a happy station! Very organized if I can help it!
CSS: Least favorite Food?
SM: White pepper or honey mustard are not my jam
