Patrick was born in Orange County and now resides in Norco. He spends most of his time with his girlfriend Kiki and his three dogs Daisy, Duster and Remington. He loves hiking, playing video games, cooking and tasting new foods but most of all, he loves riding his motorcycle.

Patrick is part of our Back of House team. He is preferred at multiple locations within Culinary Staffing and is staffed at one of our premier locations on a weekly basis.

Culinary Staffing: How has Culinary Staffing helped you in your career development?

Patrick Risse: Culinary Staffing gave me a great variety of kitchens to gain experience from.

CS: What do you like most about Culinary Staffing?

PR: I really like the ability to choose where and when to work; it’s very convenient.

CS: What is the favorite part about working for Culinary Staffing?

PR: Flexibility in scheduling!

CS: What is your role at Culinary Staffing?

PR: I’m a line cook/prep cook.

CS: Best vacation you’ve been on?

PR: My best vacation was a weekend trip with my family exploring central California.

CS: If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?

PR: If I could do a job for one day, I would be President.

CS: If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be?

PR: I would interview Nikola Tesla.


CS: If you could only drink one beer for the rest of your life, what would it be?

PR: I’d drink Modelo.

CS: If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

PR: Carne asada fries.

CS: If you were an animal what would you be?

PR: If I were an animal it would probably be dog.
