Patrick is a skilled Cook. We sat with him to discuss his best vacation, what job he would want to be for a day, who he’d like to interview, and more. Here’s what he had to say!
“I’m Patrick, I’m 30 years old, and was born in Orange County and now reside in Norco. I spend most of my time with my girlfriend Kiki, my three dogs Daisy, Duster, and Remington, hiking, playing video games, cooking and tasting new foods, and riding my motorcycle.”
Culinary Staffing Service: How has CSS helped you in your career development?
Patrick Risse: Culinary Staffing gave me a great variety of kitchens to gain experience from.
CSS: What do you like most about Culinary Staffing?
PR: I really like the ability to choose where and when to work, it’s very convenient.
CSS: What is the best vacation you’ve been on?
PR: My best vacation was a weekend trip with my family exploring central California.
CSS: If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
PR: I would be President.
CSS: If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be?
PR: Nikola Tesla.
CSS: If you could only drink one beer for the rest of your life, what would it be?
CSS: If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
PR: Carne asada fries.
CSS: If you were an animal what would you be?
PR: A dog.
