Vinicia Smothers was nominated for being put on the preferred list multiple times by clients in the short amount of time she’s worked with us. She has a good attitude and does a great job!

Vinicia is a skilled Server, Cashier, and Runner. We sat with her to discuss celebrity look a likes, jokes, phobias, and why she loves working at CSS. Here’s what she had to say!

Culinary Staffing Service: If you were an animal what would you be? 

Vinicia Smothers: A lion because they’re fierce but graceful and love to sleep.

CSS:What advice would you give to recent new hires? 

VS: Work hard and do your best every shift. You never know who’s watching and even if no one is some one always is. 

CSS: What celebrity do people think you look like? 

VS: Jasmine Guy or Tacy Ellis Ross. But when they want my number Halle Berry! 

CSS: What do you like most about your job? 

VS: I love the flexibility of choosing my own shifts. 

CSS: What is an ability you wish you had? 

VS: I wish I could time travel. 

CSS: What is the last joke you recall? 

VS: What’s a pirate’s favorite letter? You’d think it’d be the “R” but no for the pirate it be the “C”. 

CSS: What is your favorite meal? 

VS: Seafood in general. I’m almost pescatarian. 

CSS: What music is on your iPhone/Android phone? 

VS: Everything except country. Literally last 6 were songs by Drake, Beyoncé, Bjork, Radiohead System of a Down and Tool. 

CSS: What one food do you wish had zero calories? 

VS: Cookies! I’m a Cookie Monster! 

CSS: What phobias do you have? 

VS: Sometimes birds, always clowns and most of the time Mascots. 

CSS: What do you like most about Culinary Staffing? 

VS: Everyone is friendly and helpful that I’ve worked with or called and spoken to. It doesn’t feel like a temp agency.
